Its brandy-like structure offers greater definition of botanical flavors and a longer finish than grain-based gins. Created by a sixth-generation California farmer. Unfiltered and gluten/grain-free Elements: Juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root, grains of paradise, cinnamon, grapefruit peel, lemon peel, pink peppercorn, pistachio, sage. Navigation: Starkeeper: Gin makes classic cocktails shine with fresher aromatics and deeper flavors. Try it in a G&T, Negroni, or on it's own paired with a slice of fresh fruit. Thanks to its structure and depth of flavor, it also makes a sublime Old-Fashioned. Destination: Our distillery is located in Downtown Los Angeles on a site where the first oranges were cultivated in California.

Tasting Notes:
The nose is balsalmy, full, and juniper-forward. Spicy notes of pink peppercorn carry across the tongue, yielding to a bright citrus finish. Pink peppercorn (native to Southern California) and pistachio compliment quintessential gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander, cinnamon, and angelica. To achieve a warmth and balance, two varieties of juniper are used: both juniperus communis and its earthier, local cousin, juniperus californica.
