Casa Don Roberto's master distiller, Estella Anguiano, is one of the first female tequila distillers. She's been making tequila in Jalisco for over three decades, and believes strongly in bringing more women into the male-dominated industry. S U S T A I N A B I L I T Y Paying tribute to its heritage and the land that provides the agave, Casa Don Roberto has prioritized putting sustainability at the front and center of its everyday operations. The distillers translate their pride and deep roots of their heritage into taking care of the land that provides the blue agave vital for Severo's premium tequila. As a result, no portion of the agave goes to waste. During the distilling and aging process of the tequila, the remaining agave fiber is used to feed the cows that roam the estate, make compost that enriches the soil where the agaves grow, and even create the bricks used to build the distillery itself.

Tasting Notes:
Its aromatic notes are reminiscent of fresh vanilla bean, maple syrup and rich caramel. The taste shows a seamless and engaging velvety texture, with a stout bouquet and medium - long finish.
