Tasting Notes:
Clear in color, Santo Blanco is smooth, with balanced and notable agave. Aromas and flavors of lemon zest and dried apricot, pepper. Has a silky, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, complex, medium-length finish with notes of dried stone fruit, citrus and pepper. Earthy and complex, this is an excellent savory sipper and will play well in a variety of cocktails.
