Tasting Notes:
Nose: An opening cherry note gives way to light molasses, orange zest and green apple deeper in the glass. Water addition brings oak and soft leather to the forefront. Palate: Velvet viscosity, cinnamon spice with a cashew nuttiness, slight elements of spearmint and clove, comparatively muted oak and char, fruit-forward balance that slides into maple syrup and honey with each sip. Finish: Sarsaparilla, root beer and an agreeable lingering mint drift into vanilla and stewed apple well after you're done.
