Bisquit & Dubouche was founded over 200 years ago in Cognac, France, and is celebrated for its innovative nature. This exceptional Cognac is made from the most prestigious eaux de vie of vines harvested from four main crus: Petite and Grande Champagne, Fin Bois and Bons Bois. Bisquit & Dubouche uses a proprietary, hands on, long distillation method that is based on the instinct, intuition, palate and nose of the talented distillers. Aged for minimum of 4 years for the VSOP and 10 years for the XO in French oak barrels, the result is a unique Cognac with a more intense aromatic expression and a smoother texture.

Tasting Notes:
Characterized by a deep, coppery amber color, the nose offers a bouquet of woody and smoky aromas including cocoa and tobacco, with notes of sugared fruit and prunes. On the palate, it is incredibly rich, full-bodied, and sensuously smooth. The nose flavors are enriched with aromatic notes of plum, mocha, cedar wood, and licorice. The finish offers an extremely long aftertaste, with woody, spicy, and licorice notes.
