Then sent to "finishing school" in San Francisco, CA, where new charred American Oak staves impart graduate-level flavor and refinement. With the utmost respect for the vanguard artisans who came before us, Bespoken Spirits re-purposes the natural elements of heritage maturation to elevate sustainability standards in premium spirits-using 97% less wood and 20% less water than traditional barrel aging.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Dark Citrine Aroma: Cherry bark, lemon leaf, orange peel, and strawberries. Palate: Bitter chocolate, blood orange, and raw cane sugar. Finish: Lengthy finish of malted milk chocolate, chili pepper, and mandarin.
