Bespoken Bourbon Whiskey (47% ABV) is heritage distilled and aged for a minimum of three months in the Midwest with a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malt. Then sent to "finishing school" in San Francisco, CA, where new charred American Oak staves impart graduate-level flavor and refinement. With the utmost respect for the artisans who came before us, Bespoken Spirits re-purposes the natural elements of heritage maturation to elevate sustainability standards in premium spirits-using 97% less wood and 20% less water than traditional barrel aging.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance Maple syrupAromaOrange peel, semi-sweet chocolate, freshly brewed espresso, and cracked Pepper Beef jerky. PalateCitron extract, espelette pepper, molasses, cigar box, peanut brittle, roasted almonds, and oak coals in a smoker. FinishDamp leather and brown sugar ride a wave of complexity all the way to shore.
